SMART goals is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely. The workshop itinerary is as follows:

This workshop is being facilitated by Jason Copare, Director of Inspira Health’s Operations Consulting Group. Jason leads a department of high-performing internal consultants who serve as strategic advisors and partners to Inspira’s leadership team. His department is chartered with executing operational excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives across clinical and non-clinical business divisions.

Jason Copare Bio
Jason has over a decade of operations and project management experience leading large, cross-functional teams to implement programs and deliver upon objectives in enterprise-wide initiatives. Jason served for eleven years on active duty as an officer in the US Navy where he was stationed on various Guided Missile Destroyers (DDG) homeported in Norfolk, VA. He resigned his commission after achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander and moved back to southern New Jersey with his wife and two children.
Jason joined Inspira Health in 2019 as a Senior Operations Consultant with a desire to serve his community. He went on to lead a multi-million-dollar portfolio of operations improvement projects prior to being appointed to Director role in 2021.
Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, his MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University and holds additional postgraduate degrees from the University of Maryland College Park in Leadership Education and Development and the US Naval War College in National Security and Strategic Studies. He is also credentialed as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
