About Us

Helping Hand Behavioral Health offers programming, therapy, and housing for adults with mental health, addiction, co-occurring issues.

Helping Hand offers 3 levels of care for Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders: Partial Care, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient. We provide solid relapse prevention and recovery management skills in a therapeutic environment, as well as pro-social recovery networks to attain and maintain recovery and mental health stability. Our psychiatric APNs are available to prescribe medications, including MAT (medication assisted treatment).

Helping Hand offers 2 levels of Mental Health care. Our Outpatient Program offers 1:1 therapy sessions individuals, couples, and families. Our Partial Care Day Program for adults with a chronic mental illness conducts classes on mental health, self-esteem, wellness, medications, side effects, nutrition, hygiene, anger & stress management, symptom management, etc Case managers assist with formulating goal driven treatment planning, skills building, managing appointments & benefits, etc, and our psychiatric APNs are available to both programs to prescribe and manage medications, as needed.

Helping Hand manages 3 Residential Health Care Facilities (RHCFs) which provide a structured and stable environment for adults with a chronic mental illness who need extra assistance maintaining independence in a community setting. The residences provide nutritious meals, linen and laundry services, medication supervision, nursing staff, and are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
