Experience Level

• 2–5 years in early childhood education

• Prior supervisory or lead teacher experience strongly preferred

Job Function

• Support day-to-day school operations

• Coach and develop staff

• Maintain licensing, DOH compliance, and quality standards

• Partner with families and uphold SWP’s community-driven culture

• Support curriculum alignment (Creative Curriculum & Fun Shine Express)

• Lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
