Healthcare executive, entrepreneur, legal nurse consultant, and retired U.S. Army officer with more than 20 years of experience leading complex healthcare organizations, advising startup and growth-stage companies. John is an Adjunct Faculty member at Rowan College of South Jersey, where he teaches Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, translating real-world leadership, operating, and investment experience into practical instruction for future founders.
John has held senior leadership roles, including Medical Group Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Vice President of Surgery, and Regional Director for ambulatory surgery centers. He led organizations through mergers and acquisitions, operational turnarounds, service-line expansion, and value-based care initiatives, while maintaining strong P&L performance, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality outcomes.
John is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AllNet Coaching & Consulting LLC, DBA AllNet Medical, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing consulting, medical distribution, and operational solutions. Allnet’s capabilities include:
Specialized distribution of ENT surgical devices and instruments; pre-manufactured operating room/medical space solutions; Lean process consultant, business development, supply chain/logistics consulting; inventory optimization and vendor analysis; mail carrier audit and delivery refund recovery (FedEx, UPS, etc.); legal nurse consulting; medical staffing and workforce services; software development, government contracting services; AllNet Operating System, a future proprietary customer acquisition/lead management platform.
John serves as the Director of Healthcare Partnerships at League Med, supporting its mission to close the “biomedical innovation funding gap”—the disconnect between clinically validated technologies and the capital required to scale. He works closely with Series A+ companies, universities/hospitals, healthcare investors, and private equity partners to advance commercialization and government market entry.
John is a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and a member of the American Legion. He serves on the Board of Hemp 4 Victory and is Vice Chairman of ASTM International’s D37 Cannabis Standards Committee, contributing to international standards across cannabis, industrial hemp, and medical device sectors.
